Today members of HEVI and three houseless individuals went out to Our City Forest as usual and started working on the biodiversity project that they designated us, which provides for bees and butterflies. We started by getting tape of cardboard to lay cardboard over the ground we are working over as cardboard is decomposes and is a great mulch that prevents weeds from sprouting. Afterwards, we lay more mulch over the cardboard in preparation for the things we want to put there. Everyone had a blast and had fun!
