HEVI has been given its own special project by Our City Forest, which is a garden near the entrance of Our City Forest, and our members have started working on it this past weekend. In this past weekend, John and Raymundo joined us in helping. We first started by drilling holes buckets and making pallets to make a "bed" for plants to prevent phytophthora infestans, which causes Irish famine. This week HEVI will get ready to present its cause at Our City Forest's spring festival where they will try to get fundraising.
