About Us

HEVI is a non-profit business owned and operated by Enact Our Dreams, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with the founding purpose to address both issues surrounding the increasing number of houseless communities in California and the need for more environmental efforts in society. HEVI aims to provide reliable and meaningful job opportunities to houseless individuals in San Jose. Our goal is to help the houseless be better equipped to find a full-time job, provide extra income, and make them feel respected in society. We currently provide job opportunities weekly as well as letters of recommendations and resume workshops to those in need.
